36-year-old Courtney Danielle Gilliam of Hartland Road in Lenoir was arrested Monday (March 20) by Hickory Police Officers. She’s charged with felony counts of larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Gilliam was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $1,000 bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (March 21).
