31-year-old Carrisa Lynn Lochbaum of Lenoir was arrested Sunday (February 12) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with felony possession of a schedule two controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Lochbaum was given a $9,000 secured bond but is no longer listed in jail as of this morning. A District Court date was scheduled for March 6.
