31-year-old Kelsie Lynn Bloom of Misty Morn Drive in Lenoir was arrested Monday (January 9) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, larceny, and felony obtaining property by false pretense. Bloom remains in jail as of this morning with a $11,000 secured bond and three District Court appearances scheduled for January 10, February 9, and February 13.
