39-year-old Desire Charlene Nixon of Calico Road in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (February 7) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with felony possession of schedule two controlled substance and a misdemeanor count possession of marijuana. Nixon remains in jail as of this morning with a $15,000 secured bond and a District Court appearance scheduled for February 8.
