28-year-old Brandy Nicole Isaacs of Brickyard Way in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (June 16) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She’s charged with felony failure to appear on a felony and misdemeanor failure to appear on a count of nonsupport. Isaacs was previously charged with felony financial card fraud. She was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $10,000 secured bond and $1,251 cash appearance bond. A District Court date is scheduled for August 3.
