42-year-old Jason Michael Hatcher of Craig Road in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (August 22) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with two felony counts of a registered sex offender at or near child premises. Hatcher was given a custody release and was not listed in jail as of this morning with a Superior Court date scheduled for October 30.
