Lenoir-Rhyne’s Pensabene Named SAC Men’s Lacrosse Specialist Player of the Week Again

The South Atlantic Conference announced its WePlayed Sports Men’s Lacrosse Players of the Week for games played during the fourth week of the 2024 season and Lenoir-Rhyne’s Rob Pensabene was named the Specialist Player of the Week.

Pensabene, a senior from Mount Laurel, N.J., held No. 5 Adelphi to just three goals and made 12 saves for an 80 percent save percentage as the No. 1 Bears moved to 5-0 on the year. The three goals allowed are the least in almost two full years when Lenoir-Rhyne held Coker to three on March 5, 2022.

Pensabene also earned the award last week.
