The Lenoir-Rhyne Women’s Golf Team shot a 310 team score on the final day of the Savannah Lakes Invitational. The Bears finished in 6th place ahead a SAC foes Catawba and Coker as Limestone edged out Wingate for the team title.

LR was lead by Eve Neild and Charlotte Colley in the final round as the duo each shot a 76. Nield finished in 19th place while Colley finished in 25th place.

Marta Cervero finished in 33rd place after firing a 79 on Tuesday as Katie Sibley also shot a 79 on the final day for a 48th place finished. Jaya Wilkinson had a 80 to finish up her tournament 54th place in the 81 player field.

LR will get right back on the course this week with a trip to Salisbury for the Patsy Rendlemen Invitational hosted by Catawba College.
