Lenoir-Rhyne Men’s Tennis Beats Coker On the Road

The Lenoir-Rhyne Men’s Tennis team edged out a win over Coker 4-3 Wednesday afternoon.

LR secured the doubles point winning all three doubles matches to make the score (1-0).

In singles, Rhodri Atkinson beat Lehman 6-2, 6-2 making the score (2-0). Lewis Scott would then fall to de Vuyst 3-6, 4-6 (2-1). Nicolas Moser would then drop a battle to MacMillan 5-7, 4-6 tying up the score (2-2). Josh Lazenby then fell to Pinedo 0-6, 1-6 with the score now (2-3). Mauricio Hernandez would then tie up the match defeating Davies 6-4, 4-0 (3-3). Patrik Alvestrand then secured the match beating Decaluww 7-5, 6-3 (4-3).

The Bears improve to 10-5 and 8-2 SAC and will be back in action at home on Aprill 11 against Tusculum.
