Lenoir-Rhyne Men’s Lacrosse Receives Two Seed in South Region for NCAA Playoffs

The Lenoir-Rhyne Men’s Lacrosse Team earned the No. 2 seed in the south region of the 2024 NCAA Tournament.

The defending national champions are coming off a 15-1 overall record which included an 8-1 mark in South Atlantic Conference play. LR also earned its fifth SAC Tournament title with a 13-12 victory over the then No. 1 ranked Limestone Saints back on Sunday, April 28.

With the No. 2 seed, LR earns a bye to the national quarterfinal round, where it will host the winner of No. 3 seed Limestone and No. 6 seed UIndy on Sunday, May 12, at a time that will later be announced. The Saints and Greyhounds are scheduled to face off in Gaffney, S.C., on Wednesday, May 8.
