Lenoir-Rhyne Men’s Lacrosse Ranked Fourth Nationally

The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) and Dynamic Team Sports announced week seven of their top 20 coaches’ poll with four South Atlantic Conference men’s lacrosse teams making the cut. For the third straight week, Lenoir-Rhyne is ranked at No. 4.

Other South Atlantic Conference teams include Wingate following closely behind at No. 6. Coming in at No. 17 is Queens and rounding out the SAC teams is Limestone at No. 20.

Also receiving votes was Newberry and Coker.

The Bears will face Wingate on Wednesday at home. The match is set to begin at 7pm. Lenoir-Rhyne will be looking to avenge a loss in their last meeting with the Bulldogs, 16-8 back on April 26, 2019 in the South Atlantic Conference Semifinals. Before that, the two teams met in the 2018 South Atlantic Conference Tournament Championship.
