50-year-old Roxie Ann Wise of Fieldview Acres in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (March 21) by Probation and Parole Officers. She was charged with two felony counts of probation violation and jailed under a $20,000 secured bond. Wise remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for March 27. She was on probation due to conviction in January 2023 in Caldwell County for felony incest. Wise received probation and a 60-month suspended sentence.
