35-year-old Brandon Scott Harris of Oak Street in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (March 1) by Probation and Parole Officers. He was charged with two felony counts of probation violation and given a $50,000 secured bond. Harris was on probation as a result of a conviction in November 2022 in Caldwell County for felony counts of possession of weapon of mass destruction, receiving a stolen vehicle, and a misdemeanor count of larceny. He received probation and a 24-month suspended sentence. Harris remains in jail as of this morning with a Superior Court date scheduled for April 3.
