32-year-old Michael William Watkins of Walt Arney Road in Lenoir was arrested Sunday (April 9) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with three counts of misdemeanor failure to appear and two counts of felony failure to appear. Watkins remains in jail under $105,000 secured bond and multiple District Court dates scheduled for April 10, April 12, April 19, April 20, April 21, and May 19.
