37-year-old Sherry Ellen Dula of Wilson Street in Lenoir was arrested Monday (May 1) by Probation and Parole Officers. She was charged with one felony count probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation. Dula remains in jail as of this morning with a $30,000 secured bond and no District Court date listed. She was on probation as a result of conviction in March 2023 in Caldwell County on second-degree trespass and received probation and a 12-month suspended sentence.
