50-year-old Scott Edward Cook of Friendly Park Road in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (May 30) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance and jailed under $10,000 secured bond. Cook was not listed in jail as of this morning with a District Court appearance scheduled for June 1.
