42-year-old Jason Michael Hatcher of Craig Road in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (May 4) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony failure to register as a sex offender and three felony counts of being on child premises as a sex offender. Hatcher remains in jail under $100,000 secured bond and a District Court appearance scheduled for May 8.
