28-year-old Peter Jovanni Vallera of Hibriten Drive in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (October 31) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony breaking and entering and larceny. Vallera remains in jail as of this morning under $10,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for today (November 1).
