42-year-old Rashun Willie Wilkerson of Lenoir was arrested Monday (August 14) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony parole violation and misdemeanor resisting, delaying, or obstructing an officer. Wilkerson Remains in jail as of this morning under no bond and a District Court appearance scheduled for September 21.
