LENOIR, N.C. (WHKY) – 33-year-old Michael Lee Scarberry of Nuway Circle in Lenoir, has been arrested by the Lenoir Police Department. He was taken into custody Tuesday (August 18). Scarberry is charged with felony larceny. He was being held without bond in the Caldwell County Detention Center. A Wednesday (August 19) court date was scheduled in Lenoir.
