57-year-old Terrick Charles McCray of Hibriten Drive in Lenoir was arrested by Lenoir Police yesterday (January 10) as a fugitive awaiting extradition to another state. He was jailed in the Caldwell Co. Detention Center under a $75,000 secured bond. A first appearance in District Court was scheduled today in Lenoir.
