32-year-old Joshua Reese Crisp of NW German Street in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (September 13) by Lenoir Police Officers. He’s charged with felony maintaining a vehicle for controlled substance and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Crisp was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $50,000 secured bond. A District Court date was scheduled today (September 14).
