Lenoir Man Faces Multiple Counts of Failure to Appear
41-year-old Sterling Dion Dula of Miller Hill Road in Lenoir was arrested by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers yesterday (May 18) on multiple counts of failure to appear. He reportedly failed to appear in court on felony counts of larceny of chose in action, forgery of an instrument, and uttering a forged instrument (two counts), along with one misdemeanor count of possession of stolen goods. Following his arrest, Dula was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $12,500, secured. He remained in jail as of this morning. No court date is currently listed.
