42-year-old Clarence Ray Waters of Meadowlane Drive in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (March 21) by Probation and Parole Officers. He was charged with felony probation violation and given a $10,000 secured bond. Waters remains in jail as of this morning with a Superior Court date scheduled for March 22. He was on probation as a result of a conviction in November 2022 in Caldwell County for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and received probation and an 18-month suspended sentence.
