35-year-old Kimmie Rasean Michaux of Montclair Circle in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (January 4) by Probation and Parole Officers. He was charged with felony possession of a schedule two controlled substance and two counts of probation violation. Michaux was on probation as a result of a conviction in September 2021 in Caldwell County for felonious restraint and received probation and a 48-month suspended sentence. He remains in jail as of this morning with a $45,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for January 5.
