37-year-old Joshua Taylor Gragg of Joshs Way in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (May 25) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with two felony counts of probation violation and one misdemeanor count of larceny. Gragg remains in jail as of this morning with $500 secured bond and no bond with a Superior Court date scheduled for July 24. A District Court date was also scheduled for July 12.

Gragg was on probation as a result of conviction in Caldwell County in June 2021 for assault causing serious injury and assault on a female. He was given probation and a 24 month suspended sentence.
