35-year-old Kimmie Rasean Michaux of Montclair Circle NW in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (August 15) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with two felony failure to appears and jailed under $100,000 secured bond. Michaux remains in jail as of this morning with a Superior Court date scheduled for September 25. He has previous convictions in Caldwell County in September 2021 for felony felonious restraint and received probation and a 48-month suspended sentence.
