20-year-old Benjamin Lee Minton of Carlton Mobile Home Park Drive in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (June 22) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with two felony counts of cruelty to animals and jailed under $35,000 secured bond. Minton was not listed in jail as of this morning but a District Court date was scheduled for today.
