30-year-old Logan Eugene Whisnant of Realty Street in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (October 31) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with two felony counts of felony probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation. Whisnant remains in jail as of this morning under $40,000 secured bond and no court date listed.
