40-year-old Justin Ryan Day of Sharon Avenue in Lenoir was arrested Friday (March 31) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver schedule one controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver schedule two controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Day remains in jail under a $50,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for April 20.
