42-year-old Adam Charles Martin of Roberts Lane in Lenoir was arrested Sunday (October 1) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, felony speeding to elude arrest, and felony assault with a deadly weapon on a government official. Martin remains in jail as of this morning under $76,000 secured bond and no court date listed on these charges.
