22-year-old Dwight D Ferguson III of Forsythia Lane in Lenoir was arrested Friday (March 3) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony third degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Ferguson remains in jail as of this morning with a $25,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for March 6.
