28-year-old Jonathan McEwen Mittler of Pennton Avenue in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (January 27) by Lenoir Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of breaking and entering to a place of worship, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods or property, possession of a counterfeit instrument, currency, or check, and two counts of obtaining property by false pretense. Mittler was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center under $30,000 secured bond. No court date was listed.
