60-year-old Garry Lynn Whiteside of Peachtree Lane in Lenoir was arrested Sunday (April 30) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony second-degree kidnapping and felony malicious assault in secret. Whiteside remains in jail as of this morning with no bond and no court date listed.
