37-year-old Christopher Wayne Phillips of Shadowbrook Drive in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (August 22) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony obtaining property by false pretense and felony second-degree arson. Phillips remains in jail as of this morning under $100,000 secured bond and no court date listed.
