33-year-old Scott Richard Harmon Qualridge Court in Lenoir was arrested Sunday (September 17) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count providing, giving, or selling a phone or electric device to an inmate. Harmon was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $10,000 secured bond. He was not listed in jail as of this morning and no court date was listed on these charges.
