35-year-old Timothy Juan Bush of Warren Place NW in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (June 21) by Probation and Parole Officers. He was charged with one felony probation violation and jailed under $20,000 secured bond. He remains in jail as of this morning with no court date listed. Bush was on probation as a result of conviction in Caldwell County in February 2022 for possession and use of drug paraphernalia. He was given probation and an 18 month suspended sentence.
