32-year-old Phillip Mark Holsclaw of Warren Place in Lenoir was arrested Sunday (April 23) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and felony trafficking in heroin. Holsclaw remains in jail as of this morning under a $50,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for April 24.
