28-year-old Tony Aaron Ferguson of Shasta Lane in Lenoir was arrested Saturday (April 15) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with two counts of felony breaking and entering, two counts larceny after breaking and entering, two counts possession of stolen property, and two counts obtaining property by false pretense. Ferguson remains in jail as of this morning with a $25,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for April 17.
