48-year-old Robert Wesley Setzer Jr of Jimmy K Lane in Lenoir was arrested Friday (May 19) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver schedule two controlled substance and given a custody release. Setzer was not listed in jail as of this morning with a District Court appearance scheduled for June 5.
