33-year-old Richard Hunt Wheeler III of Hawthrone Drive in Lenoir was arrested Monday (February 13) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver methamphetamine and given a $20,000 secured bond. Wheeler was not listed in jail as of this morning, but a District Court appearance was scheduled for February 14.
