28-year-old Briang Enrique Garcia of Walt Arney Road in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (July 27) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and felony possession of methamphetamine. Garcia was jailed under $10,000 secured bond but was not listed in jail as of this morning. A Superior Court date was scheduled for September 11.
