54-year-old Robert Dean Hicks of Old North Road in Lenoir was arrested Monday (May 23) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession of methamphetamine and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $10,000 secured bond.

Hicks remains in jail as of earlier this morning with a District Court appearance scheduled for today (May 24).
