26-year-old Richard Anderson Burnette of Honeycomb Place in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (May 16) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of schedule two controlled substance. Burnette remains in jail as of this morning with a $15,000 bond and a District Court appearance scheduled for May 17.
