38-year-old Joshua Scott Webster of Jaci Place in Lenoir was arrested Saturday (December 3) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony possession of heroin and a misdemeanor count possession of drug paraphernalia. Webster was given a custody release and is no longer listed in jail. A Superior Court date was scheduled for January 9.
