30-year-old Seth Allen Thornburg of Rusty Lane in Lenoir was arrested Sunday (February 26) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, and manufacturing meth. Thornburg remains in jail as of this morning with a $300,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for February 27.
