44-year-old Jason Matthew Libera of Blowing Rock Boulevard in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (January 10) by Hudson Police Officers. He was charged with felony possession of a schedule two controlled substance and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Libera received a custody release and is not listed in jail as of this morning. A Superior Court date was scheduled for February 27.
