34-year-old Cody Steven Miller of Highway 268 in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (July 26) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession of burglary tools and given a custody release. Miller was not listed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility as of this morning with no court date listed at this time.
