48-year-old Phoutthasong Bandon of Hickory Street in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (May 4) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession of a stolen motor vehicle and jailed under a $5,000 secured bond. Phoutthasong was not listed in jail at the Caldwell County Detention Center as of this morning with a District Court appearance scheduled for May 4.
