28-year-old Dalvin Lee Horton of Conley Place in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (June 22) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession of a stolen firearm and jailed under $10,000 secured bond. Horton remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for today.
